Terms of Use and GDPR

Verido Terms of Use

Welcome to Verido! It's great that you want to make your website more accessible. Please read this so we can agree on how everything works.

1. What is Verido?

  • Verido is a service (we call it the "Solution") that you can embed on your website.

  • The goal is to help you make your site easier to use for people with various disabilities, and to help you comply with WCAG rules.

  • The solution is a small snippet of code (JavaScript widget) that gives your visitors tools to customize your website.

2. Who are we?

  • We are the company behind Verido.

  • You can reach us at [Your contact email, e.g. info@verido.se

  • 3. Using Verido – Your Responsibilities

  • Installation: You install the code snippet on your website. We will provide you with instructions, but you are responsible for getting it right.

  • Payment: Verido is a subscription service. You pay a fee (usually monthly) depending on the plan you choose. Plans may have different limits, such as page views.

  • Fair Use: Use the Solution as intended. Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse it.

  • Your website, your responsibility: The solution is a tool. It can fix many technical accessibility issues, but it can't do everything. You still need to make sure your content (text, images, structure) is accessible. We don't guarantee that your site will be 100% WCAG compliant just by using the widget.

  • Legal: You may only use the Solution on websites you have the right to use it on, and comply with all laws that apply to you and your website.

4. Using Verido – Our responsibility

  • Providing the Solution: We do our best to make the Solution work well and be available to you.

  • Support: Having trouble? Contact us and we'll try to help. The type of support you get may depend on your plan.

  • Maintenance: Sometimes we need to pause the Solution briefly to update or fix things. We try to do this when it is as inconvenient as possible and let you know in advance if possible.

  • No guarantees (almost): Technology can go wrong. We cannot promise that the Solution will always be 100% error-free or work perfectly on every website all the time. We aim for 98% uptime for our systems.

5. Prices and Payment

  • Prices for different plans are available on our website. VAT may apply.

  • You pay in advance for each period (e.g. month).

  • If the payment does not go through, we may suspend your access to the Solution.

6. Terminate the service

  • You can cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Usually, the cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

  • We may terminate: If you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we stop offering the Service, we may terminate your account.

7. Changes to the Terms

  • We may need to change these terms from time to time. If we do, we will notify you (e.g. by email or on our website). Your continued use of Verido after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
